Ian Fuller brings more than three decades of leadership, operations, strategic planning, and project-management experience to Codex Land. A retired U.S. Army officer, Ian served in increasingly senior leadership roles throughout his military career, including aviation command, operations analysis, and Chief of Staff positions supporting senior executive leaders. His experience includes managing complex operations, multidisciplinary teams, large-scale budgets, logistics, strategic planning, and high-stakes projects in the United States and abroad.
Following his military career, Ian continued leading complex organizations and initiatives in the private and nonprofit sectors. His work has included business development, organizational leadership, process improvement, stakeholder management, contract and regulatory analysis, and the management of teams responsible for more than $50 million in annual client recoveries. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Operations.
At Codex Land, Ian focuses on project management, business operations, client coordination, strategic planning, and the systems required to move complex projects from concept through execution. He works closely with Codex Land’s technical and field teams to coordinate resources, manage schedules and priorities, maintain clear communication among stakeholders, and ensure projects remain organized, responsive, and focused on the client’s objectives.
Ian’s approach is built around a simple principle: complex projects perform better when expectations are clear, information moves quickly, responsibilities are understood, and someone is accountable for keeping the entire effort moving forward.
